SRI2023

Open Day

The Sustainability Research and Innovation Congress (SRI) convenes the global community of sustainability professionals by providing an inclusive platform to share innovative ideas, and creating an open space for collaboration. In an effort to move knowledge to action and strengthen the accessibility of SRI, the third edition of the Congress, SRI2023, in Panama, will include an Open Day.

On June 28, 2023, the Congress will open its doors to the local audience, while offering the SRI2023 participants the opportunity to engage with stakeholders onsite.

The Open Day is organized in partnership with Technological University of Panama and Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute. It will celebrate local sustainability efforts and innovation, increase public awareness of sustainability challenges and solutions, and build new connections between research and action. The Open Day will take place at the Panama Convention Center, with specific activities at the Technological University of Panama.

There will be no fee to participate in the Open Day activities. If you are already registered for SRI2023, you do not need to register for Open Day.

There will be a shuttle from the Radisson Hotel to UTP at 7:30am for 25 people.

Please note that the Open Day activities are onsite only and language interpretation isn’t available for these activities.
